Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all safety clips, manuals, and power cords that were included at delivery.

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location or schedule a heavy-freight pickup if applicable.
